Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and phtala.ph ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our"). By creating an account, accessing, or using any service on phtala.ph, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use phtala.ph, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. phtala.ph strictly enforces this requirement. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately closed, all balances forfeited, and the matter may be reported to PAGCOR.
phtala.ph is operated under PAGCOR authorization and is intended primarily for players resident in the Philippines. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is not permitted. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that use of phtala.ph is lawful in their location.
To create a phtala.ph account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and valid Philippine mobile number. You agree to keep this information updated. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
Each Player may hold only one active phtala.ph account. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether under your own identity or using another person's identity — is strictly prohibited. phtala.ph reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and confiscate associated balances and winnings without prior notice.
phtala.ph is required by PAGCOR and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys ID, or driver's license), proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phtala.ph login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. phtala.ph will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account arising from your failure to secure your credentials.
phtala.ph reserves the right to suspend or close any Player account, with or without prior notice, where we reasonably suspect: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) fraudulent activity; (c) money laundering or related criminal conduct; (d) underage gambling; or (e) any conduct detrimental to the integrity of the Platform or other Players.
Players may request closure of their phtala.ph account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance at the time of closure (subject to completed KYC verification) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable processing period. Bonuses pending wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
phtala.ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and USDT TRC20. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by method and are displayed on the cashier page.
All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. phtala.ph reserves the right to return deposits made via unverified or third-party methods without processing them to your gaming wallet.
Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposit, or to verified accounts in the Player's own name. Withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. phtala.ph aims to process GCash and Maya withdrawals within 10 minutes of approval; bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 Philippine business days depending on the receiving institution.
All transactions on phtala.ph are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency deposits. USDT TRC20 deposits are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction confirmation.
phtala.ph complies with the Philippines' Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and PAGCOR's associated reporting obligations. Transactions that exceed regulatory thresholds or exhibit indicators of suspicious activity will be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law. By using phtala.ph, you consent to such reporting.

phtala.ph may terminate or suspend a Player's account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any of the reasons set out in Section 4.2 or Section 8 of these Terms. Upon termination for breach, phtala.ph reserves the right to forfeit all bonus balances and, where fraud or criminal conduct is established, withhold remaining real-money balances pending investigation and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant Philippine authorities including AMLC, PAGCOR, and law enforcement agencies.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to phtala.ph's internal dispute resolution process. Players may escalate unresolved disputes to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's published complaint procedures. The courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings.
phtala.ph reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of phtala.ph after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request account closure.
